Hoka Speedgoat 5 Review: Still the GOAT。Hoka Speedgoat 5 trail running shoes deliver exceptional grip and cushioning for technical terrain. These rugged sneakers feature a double-layered jacquard mesh upper for breathability and support, paired with a Vibram Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug for superior traction on loose soil. The late-stage Meta-Rocker provides a smooth ride, while the protective toe rand and gusseted tongue keep debris out during long mountain runs.
