Absolutely stunning in a deep, inky black, this gem is made from a thick, Faille taffeta. The tilt hat has a gorgeous, pleated, ring brim and a large, ruched, “butterfly” center with glittering, glass, clear, prong-set rhinestones. An elasticized head band holds this beauty on to your head securely and a grosgrain ribbon trim acts as the interior head lining. Union made label reads “22”.
