Folks, they literally don’t make ‘em like SOREL Kaufman Boots anymore. The mighty Chieftain is your ultimate extreme cold weather snow boot, fit for temps of -100F , for ice fishing, hunting or whatever comes your way. The Canadian Kaufman Rubber company made these with legendarily thick and durable rubber bottoms and soles, the boot shaft is thick leather, the laces are tough, and they have removable synthetic liners. This vintage dead stock pair is in near-mint condition. I got them with the tags still on (included!). However, I had bought the wrong size, and thought I might still keep them because they are such warm tanks, but instead I bought others in the right size and am now passing this pair to someone who will wear them for decades to come.
