Ultra-Rare Vintage Moschino by Persol M253 Sunglasses: These are an absolute collector’s dream: authentic 1990s Moschino by Persol model M253 in stunning deep blue (violet/navy) acetate frames with iconic oversized round lenses (tinted, UV-protective, original Persol). The standout feature is the dramatic gold-tone metal temple arms adorned with twisted rope detailing, heart-shaped accents, and large genuine gemstone/jewel embellishments—including a bold red heart, emerald-green rectangular stone, clear rhinestone, and black circular elements.
Key Condition Details (Untouched for Decades):
• Lenses: Zero scratches, no haze, no cracks—crystal clear and perfect from every angle (stored in pouch the entire time).
• Frame & Hardware: Immaculate gold plating with no wear, tarnish, or marks; temples fold smoothly.
• Gems/Jewels: All original, firmly set, vibrant colors—no damage.
• Accessories: Includes the original gold Moschino pouch with classic Italian slogan: “lontano dagli occhi, lontano dal cuore!” (Far from the eyes, far from the heart!).
• Stored untouched in the pouch for decades.
Size & Markings
• Temple length: 140mm
• Additional marking: 68
• Made in Italy
• Full model: MOSCHINO by Persol M253
This exact bold, jeweled style is the same model famously worn by Lady Gaga, adding huge celebrity appeal and cult collector status. Part of Moschino’s playful 90s “Gemstone” series, these are statement pieces with that signature eccentric, romantic vibe.
