Crown Trifari is one of the most celebrated and highly collectible names in vintage American costume jewelry. Stamped with The Crown Mark and name \"TRIFARI\" with a distinct crown symbol placed directly over the letter \"T\". This specific stamp indicates the piece was manufactured between 1937 and 1955. Trifari\'s legendary head designer during this era was Alfred Philippe. He was famous for his high-end celestial motifs, \"pat. pend.\" stamps, and \"invisible\" pavé stone settings that mimicked precious fine jewelry. Mid century five-pointed star motif with a large centered focal stone surrounded by pavé-set clear rhinestones. Silver-toned alloy backing featuring a two-pronged wavy fork base designed to grip firmly into updos or buns. Hair Fork is in good condition. Some small scuffs noted on back of hairpin. All rhinestones are intact. All jewelry is sold as is. All sales are final. Read description carefully and review all pictures. #bridal #crowntrifari
